Use fresh ingredients: Fresh ingredients are key to making delicious shrimp spring rolls. Make sure to use fresh shrimp and vegetables, and use herbs such as mint and cilantro to add brightness and flavor.

Don’t overfill the spring rolls: It can be tempting to overfill your spring rolls, but this can cause them to tear or fall apart. Instead, use a moderate amount of filling and tightly roll the spring rolls to ensure they hold together.

Keep the spring roll wrappers moist: Spring roll wrappers can dry out quickly, which can cause them to become brittle and difficult to work with. Keep your wrappers moist by covering them with a damp towel until you are ready to use them.

Serve with a delicious dipping sauce: Shrimp spring rolls are delicious on their own, but a dipping sauce can take them to the next level. Try serving them with a sweet and sour dipping sauce, a spicy peanut sauce, or a soy sauce and ginger dipping sauce.
